Prices

Prices are in Pound Sterling, a deposit and security fee is required to confirm a booking.
The minimum price per week is £280

November to February:	£280
March:	£300
April:	£425
May:	£375
June to October	£425
December:	£475

Deposit is required: 25%
Final Payment: 3 weeks before entry. Security Fee: £200

The deposit is non refundable, even in the event of a cancellation if deposit has been made it is not returned. However the security fee is returned if there are no breakages. Both the security and deposit fee are to be paid at the same time and the rest of the balance paid on arrival.
